Known Issues
- On some versions of Windows 7 and with certain network configurations, the IrisVR application does not open. Instead, a window opens with the text "NW.JS." We have not been able to reproduce this bug and if you encounter this problem, please email support at support@irisvr.com
- The teleport cursor in VR travels through some inverted faces.
- The teleport cursor in VR does not allow the user to teleport through transparent materials.
- Invisible layers in SketchUp generate invisible colliders in VR
- After the user selects a Revit model using the drag-and-drop interface, the VR experience is launched even if the user subsequently cancels 3D view selection
