Unlike single-user accounts where license authentication is done when logging in via email and password, workstations are registered with a unique registration key, that owners and admins can access from our Account Management Portal. More on the Account management portal here.
This article will cover the recommended installation for Prospect, along with registration, and releasing a workstation key.
Installation
If you'd like to have multiple instances of Prospect, each with their own unique libraries for different members of your team - you should select the "all users" option upon installation. Workstations are designed so that, with an all users installation, member of your team with a Windows profile on that computer can then make use of the Windows login, not a Prospect login, to have their own instance of Prospect. Quick Tip: If "Only for Me" was previously selected - we recommend uninstalling prior to reinstalling. Files already in your library will not be impacted.
Account Management Portal
First, navigate to the licenses tab of account.irisvr.com, this is where admins and owners can see, and manage all licenses available to your team.

The 3-dot context menu on the far right of a page is how you can register, release, and rename your workstation(s).
The sections below "First-Time Registration" and "Moving a Workstation License" will walk you through the steps.

Quick Tip: If you need to move the license from one computer to another computer, this 3-dot menu is where you would release that key to re-register on the same or a different PC, see steps below.
First-time Registration
1. Go to the Account Management Portal then Licenses. Next to the license click the 3-dot menu and select "Register Workstation."

2. Next, click the button to copy the workstation key to your clipboard.

3. On your desktop, open Prospect. In the sign-in screen click on "Team." Paste the key into the line and proceed to register your workstation by clicking "Continue."

4. Next you'll see the Prospect desktop library, as shown. Your workstation is now registered and ready for use! More on using the Prospect Library here.

Moving a Workstation License
1. Go to the Account Management Portal then Licenses. Next to the license click the 3-dot menu and select "Release Workstation Key."

2. After releasing the key, select "Register Workstation"
|

3. Next, click the button to copy the workstation key to your clipboard.

4. On your desktop, open Prospect. In the sign-in screen click on "Team." Paste the key into the line and proceed to register your workstation by clicking "Continue."

5. Your workstation is now re-registered and ready for use! More on the Prospect Library here.

Pro Tip: If you'd like to customize Prospect by adding your company logo to your workstation(s), this is done via the settings tab of account.irisvr.com.
