The best way to reset your password is by going to our website.
Steps to Reset Password:
- Go to account.irisvr.com/login
- Near the bottom of the login modal, click "Forgot your Password?"
- Enter the email that your IrisVR account is associated with
- You'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password
