Scale of objects not quite rightAnswered
I'm importing a room I built in Sketchup into Iris, and viewing it with an HTC Vive. It mostly works...but I am noticing that objects in the room look smaller than they should. For instance, I have a figure of a man who in my Sketchup model is measured at 5'8" tall, but viewing him through the Vive, he comes up to my chin: his appearance is that he's no more than 5'2" or so.
Is there a way for me to calibrate the overall scale of the viewed space?
I would recommend re-running the HTC Vive setup wizard, which involves a calibration process wherein you place the headset and controllers on the ground so that the system can set up the height correctly. You can start this calibration through Steam VR, I believe there will be a option that says "Run Room Setup" or something of the like.
