    Hi Giridhar, 

    Unfortunately we experienced some downtime with Scope this past weekend, which caused panoramas to time out when processing. This has since been resolved, so you should now be able to reupload these files. 

    I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!

    Hi Hari

    I continue to face this issue of downtime continuously both when loading of Scope VRs and also while downloading by the Customers.

    Could you let me know if this is now being addressed?

    We haven't had any downtime since your initial post, so I imagine what you are experiencing is a separate issue. If you can email us at support@irisvr.com, we'd be happy to set up a time to do a screen share and try to reproduce the issue you're seeing.
