Prospect - "We could not connect to the meeting ..."
Hi,
I'm trying to test the VR meeting function but keep getting this error...
We could not connect to the Meeting "...."
It appears that this meeting does not exist. If this issue persists, contact the organizer.
If you created this Meeting, try creating a new one and sharing the new Meeting file (IVM) with the other participants.
Both machines have a good internet connection but I'm wondering if it might be a firewall problem? Do I need to ask for any firewall exceptions for this to work?

Hi Alex,
Sorry you're experiencing this issue. You're correct in that this might be a firewall issue, especially if you're on a corporate network. We have information on the firewall settings required for Multiuser here, so you can share these with your IT team and see if that resolves the issue.
It's less likely that it's an issue with the file itself, but if you'd like you can send the meeting file to support@irisvr.com so that we can take a look.
