Subscription not working

    Hi Karl, 

    When you purchase a new subscription, it may be necessary to log out of and back into the software in order for your new billing status to register. 

    I see that you have purchased a basic monthly subscription, which does not include any library features. If you had a file in your library previously, you will need to be on a tier that includes the library features (our Pro tier) in order to launch that file. Otherwise, you can also re-import your file from the original source format on the basic tier.
