Hi Matt, I just tested everything on my iPhone 6 and can't replicate the issue. Is your phone connected to wifi or is the "download on cellular" toggle turned on? If that doesn't solve the issue, we can dig in further. What type of panorama is it?

I figured out the problem. The renderings downloaded from A360 rendering cloud are .png files. I found out that they are not supported on this app so I converted them to jpeg format using Photoshop and they work now. Would be great of the scope app supported .png files since it is an extra step.

Happy to hear you got it to work by converting to JPG. However, .PNGs should work in Scope, so if it's possible would you be able to email support@irisvr.com with one of the .PNGs that wasn't working for you? We'll test the image on our end and see what the issue is so you won't need to change formats in the future. Thank you!

Sure. I just emailed the image to you. I also noticed that the image seems to have a slight blur when looking around in my Homido headset. It this normal or do you think it could be because I changed it from png to jpeg? I would like to use this app, but I am noticing that the Samsung VR app is much more clear and has no blur.

Hi Matt, it looks like it's actually the length of the panorama name, and not an issue related to file format. Try renaming the panorama to something shorter, and then upload it again to the pano library. We're working on this end to fix the issue altogether, but for now that should do the trick.

Regarding blur - the phone that runs a Samsung Gear VR has a much higher resolution than the iPhone 6, so you might be experiencing the blurriness due to screen resolution. Are other experiences on the Homido headset clearer than Scope?

    Best,

    Shane
