Thank you! Max file size depends on what GPU you have in your machine (find out more about our recommended specs here: http://blog.irisvr.com/blog/category/our-favorite-vr-ready-hardware-how-to-get-the-most-out-of-prospect), however a general baseline is about 2-3 million polygon maximum per experience (or roughly 100MB - 400MB). If you have Revit files larger than this, you can create a 3D view in Revit with a crop box to section a specific area you want to explore. Let us know if that helps. Over time we plan to support much larger file sizes so stay tuned for improvements in future releases.

Hi Shane, you mention max file size would depend on GPU.  Do you have max baselines for various GPUs?  For example:

GTX 1060 = A million polygons, Revit file size xxxMB

GTX 1070 = B million polygons, Revit file size yyyMB

GTX 1080 = C million polygons, Revit file size zzzMB

Is it also heavily dependent on the amount of memory on the GPU?  Thanks.

Sorry another question:  What happens if you load a file that is overwhelming for the computer?  Will the VR headset be laggy, will there be an error message, or something else?

We're trying to determine what laptop to purchase, and it's difficult finding a light/portable one with a GTX 1080, so we're looking for a compromise...
