I'm not sure if this is your issue but it could be a simple fix. Whenever you turn on the xBox controller, if one of the joysticks is off center this will be calibrated as the zero. Then when the joystick is centered it is actually sending a signal to turn. Try turning off the controller and when you turn it back on make sure you are not pressing the joysticks.

We are also having the spinning issue with the beta version of prospect and our new rig. We are having some other issues that may be related such as a 400w power supply which I think is causing the system to crash. The oculus sensor complains about its connection unless it is connected directly to the PC rather than through the wall extension cable. We also have a 3D connexion mouse drivers installed though the mouse is elsewhere as it performed poorly.

Prospect 1.0 does not have the spinning model problem, but everything is to blue currently.

Were you able to figure out why the model spins in prospect beta?
