    Apologies that you're experiencing this issue. So that we can troubleshoot, can you share the file that you're experiencing the issue with, as well as the workflow used to generate the .OBJ and any original project files? This will allow our team to replicate this behavior. Alternatively, you can send this information to us directly at support@irisvr.com, and use a service like WeTransfer to upload any large files. 

    Typically, errors with textures in OBJ files are a result of incorrectly mapped paths to the .jpg files for those textures.
