    Apologies that you experienced this issue! The easiest way for us to troubleshoot is if you send us the file you're working with, so that we can determine what might be causing the issue. You can send the file to us directly by using a service like wetransfer.com, and emailing the link to support@irisvr.com

    This File is very large! 345mb;.

    Hi Maria, 

    WeTransfer should allow you to upload files as large as 2GB for free. If you're on a slower connection it may take a while for the file to upload, but in the end this will likely be the most expedient method for us to troubleshoot.

    Hi Maria, 

    Our team is looking into this as we speak! I did notice the missing ceiling issue, but some of the other issues you have described are a bit harder to identify without familiarity with the model, so if you're able to it might be helpful to send screenshots from Prospects of the textures that are out of place, etc. You can go ahead and email these to the same address if that's easiest.
