Vive - Menu bar not showing up
Just installed the software and loaded a sketchup model.
The problem: The trackpads are able to rotate my model, but the other buttons have no function. Looking down on my controllers does not open any menu or options, I simply see the controllers rendered. As it is I am unable to enter or navigate the model. Help?

If you can see a blue laser coming out of one of the controllers, you can point it at a spot on the Scale Model and pull the back trigger to teleport yourself into the model. If that blue laser line doesn't appear, try to restart Prospect, but first make sure your Vive controllers are turned on and tracking before the experience starts. Let us know if the problem persists and we can explore the issue further!
Also, if you've set up scenes in your SketchUp model, you can use the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard to hop between saved locations, which can also make it easier to enter the model in precise location.

So, I figured it out. I had to make a "scene" inside the sketchup model and access it by using the arrow buttons on the keyboard. Once inside the model I could use the controllers with the teleport and menu features. Maybe something to look into for the devs? If I don't insert a scene then I'm unable to see the controller menu nor use the teleport. This is using sketchup 2015 as well as 2017 and using skp files.

Hello
I have the same problem with my HTC VIVE
I can open and see a Sketchup model in SCALE option and even MOVE or scale it. But that is all, and I can see the model sitting on the Table - cant walk through it
Beyond this no other feature is possible and no MENU bar is visible
Pl note that I have downloaded some sketchup model from internet to work with Prospect. These models otherwise work fine in other software like SYMMETRY ALPHA, where I can walkthrough and etc.
I have already wasted my 7 days of trials - Should I re-install or what
Thanks
