The ability to export IVZ files is only available to users who are subscribed to Prospect Pro or are currently in a trial period.
Users on the Prospect Basic Tier do not have the ability to export/create IZV files
- If you have received an error notice relating to hard disk space, try clearing your recycle bin and/or these other methods for freeing up space.
- If the issues persist, please navigate to the ‘help’ tab of the Prospect Desktop window. From that drop-down menu, click 'report issue,' to send us the pertinent information for troubleshooting.
- Make sure the "Send logs" box is checked, and that you’ve included a link to download your file if you’re able to share. We will treat your data confidentially. Learn more here.
