If you have received an error notice relating to hard disk space, try clearing your recycle bin and/or these other methods for freeing up space.

*Note: Files ~1GB or larger may fail during export due to certain constrains, for this reason we currently advise keeping files below 1GB.
The ability to export IVZ files is only available to users who are subscribed to Prospect Pro or are currently in a trial period. Prospect Basic Tier does not have the ability to export/create IZV files. More on the difference between Prospect Tiers here.
