The best way we'll be able to troubleshoot this issue is if you're able to:
1) Provide us with any error logs that were generated. These can be accessed under the "Help" Tab of the Prospect launcher as shown below:
Clicking "View Logs" will bring up a folder as shown below. Please send us any files you see located in this folder.
2) Please use a file sharing service like https://wetransfer.com/ to generate a download link for your original file that experienced the issue, and also include that link in the message to us.
Taking a look at the file directly, along with the error logs, is the best way we will be able to provide assistance.
