Prospect will not run if installed under a username containing non-ASCII characters. This will affect customers on versions of Prospect 2.2.0 or older (i.e. 2.1, 2.0, 1.9 etc)
To solve this issue, go to "Help" then "Check for Updates" and update to the latest version of Prospect.
If you find that Prospect is not running for you, are on Prospect 2.2 or newer and think this is not the cause please contact us at support@irisvr.com
